JONATHAN ROGIN
Jonathan Rogin is a partner of the firm, and he received his J.D. from the Fordham University School
of Law in 1994, where he was an associate editor of the Fordham
Law Review. He is admitted to the bar of the state courts of
New York and New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for
the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Mr. Rogin was associated with
Thacher Proffitt & Wood for five years, where he primarily handled
commercial litigation matters. Mr. Rogin's practice focuses mainly
on general corporate litigation, his having handled a variety of
contract, fraud, employment, securities and other commercial matters.
