KENNETH J. APPLEBAUM

Kenneth J. Applebaum is a partner of the firm, and he practices in the areas of eminent domain and commercial litigation. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Mr. Applebaum was an associate for six years in the New York offices of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, where he handled a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract, securities, RICO, fraud and bankruptcy matters. Since joining the firm, Mr. Applebaum has continued his general commercial litigation practice together with an eminent domain specialty. Mr. Applebaum received his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 1993 where he was an editor of the Wayne Law Review (1991-93). Mr. Applebaum is a member of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association and the Condemnation Committee of the New York County Lawyers' Association.
