Thomas E. Hone

Tom Hone is a partner of Berger Webb Hone & Rogin and a member of its commercial litigation and employment practice groups.

Mr. Hone’s litigation practice focuses on successfully resolving a wide range of commercial disputes. His experience at the trial and appellate court levels, as well as in mediation and arbitration, includes matters relating to contracts, art, fraud, product liability, trade secrets, and a variety of employment-related and other commercial issues.

Mr. Hone’s employment practice focuses on representing Wall Street bankers, high-level executives, professionals, and other employees who have non-competition, non-solicitation and a variety of other issues when they are in transition, either voluntarily or involuntarily, from one employer to another. In addition to advising employees, Mr. Hone also negotiates and prepares employment agreements, separation agreements, and other documents that are involved in such transitions.

Mr. Hone is admitted to practice in New York, before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
